Questions Dealing With Your E-Ticket:

The name on the tickets is not mine, will that be a problem?

No. The name on the tickets does not matter as the venue will only scan the barcodes on the tickets. The name on the ticket is entered by the original purchaser and it has no bearing on you getting into the venue.

I can only print the tickets in black and white, is that okay?

Yes. It doesn't matter whether your tickets are in color or if they are in black and white. The tickets must be printed clearly â?? especially the barcodes on the tickets.

I can't open the attached file. What should I do?

This is most likely a software issue on the computer you are using. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader now for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html. If that doesn't work, you will need to try another computer. Please try a work computer, a friend's computer, or visit a FedEx Kinko's to print out your tickets.

The Order Number on my tickets doesn't match my Order Number ID. Neither does the credit card information. Are these my tickets?

Yes. The important thing is to make sure the tickets you received match what you purchased from AmpTix.com. Please check the event and date to ensure they are what you purchased.

Questions dealing with delivery:

What company do you use for shipping?

At AmpTix.com, all of our orders are shipped via FedEx.

Always remember that the actual shipping date will depend on when the seller has the tickets "in hand."

When can I expect my tickets to arrive?

At AmpTix.com, all of our orders are shipped via FedEx. Always remember that certain tickets may not be "in hand" with the seller. This issue will often arise with season tickets or fan club tickets, as they have not yet been made available by the team or have not yet been printed by the box office.

When you selct Standard 2-day FedEx delivery, this means that the tickets will be delivered in approximately 2 business days from the date of shipment. Express FedEx delivery will be delivered the following business day.

Tickets are guaranteed to be delivered before the event and to be valid tickets. When your order is ready for shipment, we will send an e-mail that includes a FedEx tracking number. You will always have the ability to track your tickets along their journey to your doorstep.

Please note that some ticket orders will take 1 to 2 days to be processed. Customers can always check the status of their order by contacting AmpTix Customer Service at 813.600.3300.

What if I'm unsure about my ticket's delivery?

Tickets are guaranteed to be delivered before the event and to be valid tickets. When your order is ready for shipment, we will send an e-mail that includes a FedEx tracking number. You will always have the ability to track your tickets along their journey to your doorstep.

If at any time you are unsure about your tickets being delivered, you can check the status of your order by contacting AmpTix Customer Service at 813.600.3300.

Can certain tickets be picked up at will call, be delivered by e-mail, or picked up locally?

This is always possible, however, the ticket listing must display "will call available" or "local pickup near venue" or "emailable" when these are possibilities. It is always recommended to contact the ticket seller to confirm. (Some ticket listings may display it as an option, while most sellers will automatically default to FedEx shipping) If the tickets ordered are same-day orders, these options will always be made available to the buyer.

Can tickets be shipped to an address other than the billing address of the credit card?

Due to the possibility of credit card fraud, AmpTix.com requires all orders to be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

Questions dealing with the actual tickets:

Why is the name printed on my ticket not my name?

The name on the ticket is simply the name of the original purchaser. All tickets are transferable. Your tickets will always be valid and guaranteed authentic.

Why is my ticket printed on a sheet of paper?

It sounds like you've received what is commonly referred to as an e-ticket, or a Ticketfast ticket. Again, there is no need to worry, e-tickets are 100% as authentic as hard copy tickets.

I received tickets that aren't in the same section/row I ordered, how come?

This is the result of what is commonly referred to as an "alternate ticket." These alternate tickets are the result of a simultaneous purchase of the same ticket listed in two separate places. Ticket sellers often list their tickets in many places and it often happens that the same ticket is purchased at the same time! However, the ticket seller will then go to work for you and find tickets of equal or greater value. This is common as to avoid having to go through an order rejection.

What do I do if I lose my tickets?

AmpTix.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. It is important for you to keep track of your tickets as you would cash or something similar. Please contact us to see if we can help.

Questions dealing with our ticket listings:

Are all the seats on your website side-by-side?

All seats are together (side by side) unless the ticket description displays otherwise.

Why aren't the seat numbers displayed on your listings?

We cannot disclose specific seat numbers until the order has been processed. This is to protect the specific sellers' confidentialty. However, you always have the ability to touch base with us and try to confirm the general location of the seats.

Why can't I purchase a certain quantity of tickets?

Often times, ticket resellers will not sell an odd number of tickets if they have an even number of tickets available. Selling one ticket is often times difficult. Every now and then a seller will offer an odd number of tickets if they have many tickets available. Always feel free to contact us directly and we can try to obtain the required number of tickets: 813.600.3300.

How do paperless/e-mail tickets work?

Ticket Fast tickets are PDF files with a barcode. AmpTix.com will send the customer an e-mail with the tickets attached, which can be printed and will contain a barcode. You will have to provide your paper ticket at the venue to be scanned upon entry. Customers should keep these tickets safe and never make copies. Only the first scan of each ticket will be allowed entry into the event.

Questions dealing with the checkout page:

How do I know the checkout page is secure?

The first indication of a secure page is the "https" at the beginning of the URL address. The second indication are the security measures that AmpTix takes to be sure your information is kept safe and secure. We pay a lot of money each month to have our site thoroughly scanned by McAfee Virus to ensure our website is not vulnerable to threats. We also pay to have our checkout page safely encrypted through GoDaddy. Both of these badges can be seen on our website, all you have to do is click the badges to verify our site is secure.

Your personal information is never stored on a server, it is instantly encrypted and sent to the bank. At AmpTix, we make it a top priority to keep your personal information safe.

Can I use a discount code on your website?

Yes you can! Discount codes are distributed by AmpTix during special events. Look for discount codes in things like our eNewsletter, e-mails from AmpTix, and any time you are mailed a ticket.

Questions dealing with prices, fees, and refunds:

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

The AmpTix.com Sales Terms and Policies state that all sales are final. Only when an event is cancelled without being rescheduled will a full refund minus the cost of shipping be issued.

What if the event I purchased tickets for is cancelled and isn't rescheduled?

AmpTix.com will refund you the entire purchase price, minus shipping costs.

What happens if the tickets I receive are invalid?

AmpTix will refund you 125% of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.

Questions dealing with other issues:

How can I tell if my order went through?

Always bear in mind that the actual ticket seller must confirm an order before it is officially "accepted."You will always receive a confirmation e-mail from AmpTix, but that email doesn't mean your order has been "accepted." That email serves as a summary of your order information for your records and an official notice that your request has been sent to the ticket seller.

Typically, you'll know when your order has been "accepted" because the seller will send you an email within 24 hours after you place your order. Here's what you can do if you haven't heard from anyone:

First, you could call your ticket seller directly to ask after your order's status. Their information can be found in the order receipt we send you immediately after you place an order.

Second, call AmpTix Customer Service at 813-600-3300. However, we can't provide any timeframe for acceptance if the order's confirmation is still pending. We do not have the tickets ourselves and can't tell you if your order will be confirmed (or rejected).

What happens if an event is canceled?

AmpTix.com will refund you the entire purchase price, minus shipping costs. Keep in mind that true event cancellations are rare and only occur when an event is not rescheduled.

What happens if an event is postponed?

There is no need to worry, the event tickets you have in hand will be honored for the rescheduled date. This will happen from time to time, but your tickets will still be valid.

When I use the search bar, why can't I find the event/tickets I'm looking for?

This may be because we simply don't have the tickets for that event in stock, or it may be a result of a misspelling. Make sure you are searching for the right event, or try using the Advanced Search Utility.
